HOW TO BOOK
You can book rooms at the Sandringham and Norwood on-line via this website. You will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £40.00 per room with the balance payable on arrival. You can select your preferred rooms when booking.

PARKING
We have up to 26 parking spaces directly on the front and rear of our properties. These spaces are offered on a first come/first served basis and cannot be pre-reserved. Spaces are charged at £10.00 per vehicle per day. This is the cheapest hotel parking option available in the area. If all 26 spaces are in use, there is a pay and display car park within 100 yards of the hotel. This car park is owned by a third party company and generally charges £8.00 per car per day.
We do not recognise blue badge permits as our land is private property. Parking cannot be pre-booked as all guests are given the same opportunities to park with us. Payment should be made at reception when checking in.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
We ask all guests ( without exception ) to pay a cash deposit of £10 per guest ( not per room ) at the point of check-in. This cash deposit is returned on departure providing all room keys are returned to reception and guest rooms are left in a tidy fashion. The deposit also covers any damages which occur from time to time and bad behaviour.
A room with 4 guests would pay a £40 security bond as an example.
ROOMS
We are often asked if we have ground floor rooms, we do in the Norwood but not in the Sandringham. We do not have a lift in either hotel so if you have any mobility issues please check with us before booking.
BREAKFAST
We offer a full English breakfast in both hotels (providing you have included it in your booking). We cater for vegetarians and vegans.
